If you want to be depressed about going out to US restaurants for dinner, just take an experienced #keto dieter with you.
At most restaurants, I end up gravitating towards the salads because I can usually spot the #carb heavy ingredients.
Even with a basic salad, you still have to watch out for sugary dressings. 🤦♂️
I took a food menu and marked it up keto-style for someone a while back. They were astonished. 🤯
