A new day. A new chance to succeed.
Weird echo in my morning reading. I wrote about my fundamentals of Practice in my journal and then read about the importance of the root.
That must be the theme for the day.
It's familiar ground for me, getting back to the basics and starting again. It's usually when my structure has collapsed and I need to rebuild up from a new foundation.
But maybe foundation is the wrong metaphor.
