I didn't expect Buddy Daddies to have such a great ending. 😭🤧
I thought there would be a season 2 to look forward to, but it really seems like they kept it to 12 solid episodes. I didn't really get "hooked" until 3 or 4 episodes in, but I'm really glad I stuck with it. Def one of the best 2023 #anime I've seen.
It ends with a Christmasy episode, so if X-Mas is your jam and you want a really solid short anime series to watch that is seasonally relevant and somehow manages to blend very sweet, wholesome comedy with stylized hyperviolence, then I would recommend Buddy Daddies. lol It's a weird dynamic, but it works.
