Since my breakdown 8 years ago I deleted all my social media and left the state. Partly out of shame for my mental illness.
Most of my coworkers and "friends" I have not spoken to or seen in 8 years.
Well I am back on social media and I am tired of hiding my struggle. What sort of a hypocrite former Patient Advocate hides because of a condition he did not choose to have?
I am done hiding, This is who I am and I battle #bipolar
