So I started (with fits and starts) on a quasi-keto, quasi-dirty fasting regimen. I’m down 6lbs as of today and can fit into those jeans again already. I just need to lose 6 more lbs to return officially to a healthy BMI.
Basically cutting calories (mostly carbs and extraneous cheese) in favor of vegetables, fruits, and a little more meat than I usually have consumed, although I’m trying to find filling vegan/vegetarian meals.
