Good morning, Mastodon friends! We have another lovely, fall-like day. I'm in no rush to get the dogs walked and will start the bread-making first.
My husband's HBOT (hyperbaric oxygen therapy) went well yesterday. His plan to destress parking in the ramp worked, as did the nasal spray I'd given him to prevent the sinus pressure that he has sometimes experienced during the "descent" -- the time when pressure is being increased. (1/2)
