regarding PhpStorm IDE from yesterday’s podcast episode :
— thank you for using Jetbrains company , it’s Slavic company and I’m purebred Slav myself as is Dvorak
— please disconnect internet and check if that intelligent code completion still works in phpstorm! i have suspicion it’s just web service calls to AI API of jetbrains
— it could be they use local LLM as inferring is much
less demanding than training so might
work even without GPU
