Wow!! 120 hours is impressive! My longest is 63.5 hours so far but both this time and last time I didn’t plan to start it after dinner and instead after a midnight snack which makes it a bit harder. I’m aiming for 72 hours but am happy with anything beyond 48. I try to do one once a month. I love autophagy fasting!
