Don’t forget Congressionals.
A lot of folks are filing appeals, grievances, etc. One step that is often forgotten (and that we relied heavily upon in the military), is the mighty congressional inquiry.Find your Congressperson and then put pen to paper about your termination or poor treatment, and why you believe it’s unlawful. Request action. Even if you have a ne’er do well congressman who is complicit in this whole thing, their office has to respond, your Agency has to provide information, and they will see your story and be forced to reckon with the real people behind this. Once you have the response, you decide what to do next. Since all our officials seem more worried about reelection than us..it’s good to know for the midterms if they provide you with a flippant response. Make them work to do this to you all.
