They drew parallels with Indonesia’s own separatist movements in Aceh, Papua, and Sulawesi, most of which were crushed or reigned in, with Papuan separatists being the only remaining force.
It did not help matters that Zelenskyy is not only a Jew but an Israeli supporter.
