"content": "Sight and perception are two different things. People only see what they want to see. So it's very difficult to convince them otherwise. \n\nEspecially if they've spent a lifetime looking at things a certain way. Typical, sad but completely expected. \n\nThe ability to hold dumb ideas in your hand and not just say \"that's stupid\", but attempt to understand why it's stupid is more valuable in my eyes. \n\nMost people can't even do that.\n\nI get it... it's obnoxious...",
