I wasn't upset, yelling, or even agitated, I was just telling him the truth. I told him that I'm certainly not in the "anger" stage and had already completed the Americana grief cycle.

We both laughed, but in all honesty it was a bit depressing. I had hoped that the Boomers, by and large, would be figuring it out by now.

So anyway, this reinforces my belief that everyone is too dumb and still too consumed with consumerism to understand WTF is going on.

So, yeah.
