Yeah, I get that vibe everywhere, because I live in a car.
Tents? Must be a bum. Not a guy working on heavy number theory problems, writing books, and doing parkour. They don't see all that.
Tents don't seem to go well with controlled and programmed middle class mindsets in general.
The donors to the college are probably the actual power here. Pulled funding equals insufficient funding, by design. I'm guessing those folks have no need for protest. They're winning.
