Yeah, will take longer but be more sustainable if you replace those trellises that need to be replaced every few years with trees and train the grapes up into the fruit or nut trees. That way your trellises get better every year instead of degrading yearly… ala Mark Shepard.
Can prune grapes and producing trees at the same time to save on labor, and if you spread your rows out more and fence off the trunks and vine bases, run sheep and ducks or geese in between and get 4-5 yields on the same land, instead of only one. Throw in some bee hives every so often, anywhere from 4-18/acre. After 18/acre studies show a marked decline in productivity. ;-)
