Remembered to follow these instructions on trying not to let meta continue to use my data for AI, but I don't have much hope of it making a difference because last time I tried to opt out their response was basically "lol, we don't have to stop"

Anyhow, I've started the needlessly onerous process of deleting fb data 25 items at a time which I'd been meaning to do for ages but I swear removing the data will take as long as it did to create: decades. Bleugh.
