Elm is much easier to spit within the first 2 weeks after felling, while it's still green. After that it gets to be a real bitch, the dryer it gets.
If your home is a target, why haven't you dropped them? I'd burn that white pine in my stove. lol I don't care if it burns and it's, it ships!
