I used to wonder about all the structures along the Clara Barton parkway (some rail bridges, some aqueduct, some I’ve never figured out). Bridges along Rock Creek with doors in the base. Massive concrete facade on a hillside (that one I know - the LoC facility in Culpeper). Lots more all over the DC area.",
