What the heck are 4000 liters for? A family of 3 here with a baby uses 145 on average. I suspect 40% of it wasted as we need to run the ice cold water from the taps to get some warm water. In the summer I suspect it will be in the 100-110 range.
At 4000 liters/day, I might be paying water bills that far exceed my income.
