My nervous system deserves a lot of consideration and focus in my life, by myself & by the people who care about me
It runs the show! It determines my thoughts. Everything affects it. I am not separate from it & I cannot/should not try to "overcome" it by just trying really hard to get past how it feels
Also, the more I notice mine the better I am at noticing others, which is that extreme empathy I have always had but didn't understand the depth of
