It sounds like you think the d tag is unique somehow, like some kind of global naming system; the d tag is scoped is scoped to kind+publey
Put another way: you can have millions of kind 30040 d-tagged “bible”, but only one per pubkey.
Hope this isn’t taken as yelling or forcing a spec change in anyone’s mind; just want to clarify this is how PRE events work.
