More key: I have always believed that TO comp rules are those TOs showing on the doll where the bad opponent touched them. They're nothing more than an expression of where the rule writer had a bad time.
And... maybe that's useful. It's not like GW did a very good job of maintaining their ruleset with WHFB was around. But it has always struck me as deeply reactionary and emotional. 3/?
