You know, it's okay to admit that the times we live in are getting to you. I'm not sure why so many of us feel the need to pretend this is normal or say we're fine when we're not. It's not only understandable but expected to feel weighed down right now. Whether they admit it or not, everyone is feeling the weight of everything that is happening in our individual countries and the world. Maybe if more of us admit it, we'll feel a sense of community again.
