Giant anteaters don't have much sexual dimorphism. If you look at the external genitalia of one of these long-snooted insectivores, they look pretty much the same from the outside. Neither sex has a scrotum, and both sexes have a little cone made of erectile tissue.
To differentiate between a penis or a vulva, you have to get very close and personal with the anteater. The vulva has a bigger, longer opening, while the male has a smaller opening.
