Today I'm considering a rest day but I got a 20 minute walk in late this afternoon & thanks to that, got my 6000 steps in. It was 22°f & cloudy. Winter in New England. Photo is what the little brook in the front of my house looked like. Getting icy, but water still flowing. A couple of inches of snow blanket the sides. I hate winter but I appreciated the quiet that bitter cold brings. No one outside making normal warm weather noise. Gave thanks, then warmed up inside.
