Similar long-run logic was used by Keynes to justify inflation back in the days “in the long run we are all dead.., controlled inflation is good for the economy/jobs etc”. We are doing what we can here and now and bitcoin is the best chance we have against the current world economic system that incentivizes the rich and punishes the poor. I use XMR and bitcoin for transacting but I would never keep a hefty amount of value on XMR, though I do appreciate it for what it is.
