I know parmesan has it despite being a white cheese. As far as I know mozzarella doesn't. It's basically the only cheese I can handle, and even then, only if there's WAY more other stuff than mozz. Like a pizza LOADED with veggies. If the mozz is one of the "stars" of the dish, no thanks.
