My diagnosis is #LongCovid, but like many, #MECFS also fits my symptoms.
People only see me on good days. I don't seem disabled.
Yesterday, I helped at a fête. I sat at a table, smiled at people, and helped them do craft.
Today, I slept OK, but I'm so tired I could cry. My head feels awful. My legs ache. I haven't washed. I'm not dressed. I can't get food. Writing this is so much effort it hurts. But I've had far worse days.
Please, see us on our bad days, too.
