Some years ago I learned how to harvest and process He Shou Wu⦠in the NC mountains. I know there was kind of an initiative there to grow some Chinese herbs. Wish I could give you a specific contact, but it could be something to look into. Whoever is doing it might be connected with WNC Medicinal Herb Growers or the Buncombe County Cooperative Extension.
