"content": "well my set up is one of those halfsie m2's in an atom bo x uh i don't want to use too specific but it's got libreboot, The performance is not too important, i could just not do lvm, but i need fde, i also need to not encrypt the base system so i can ssh into it, so the lvm would be for the shared/uservar/ an maybe srv partitions... so i have encrypted volumes on a little shitty ssd and i need to manage them logically. luks lvms seem like the way to go, tho i suppose i could just just a bunch of regular primary particians,in the way one would other g0 gu devices, is lvm really a performance hit these days? i expect it to last a few years and then poof",
