my eldest child’s sleep has deteriorated to the point where every single night he wakes us up, & it is destroying my mental health.
my partner graciously offered to let me sleep in the basement, as a respite. but tonight at 330am he woke up his brother & they had a big scream fest & i had to come help & i haven’t fallen back asleep since.
this is torture! there is no respite! i have come to hate weekends 🫠
