Why are you so hung up on Rothbard here as if he were the first to conceive of natural law?
Bastiat whose writings came at the time of the third French Revolution had the same views.
As did John Stuart Mill out of England.
As did Menger in Austria-Hungary - all a hundred years before Rothbard. Menger founded the Austrian school so you have to work through von Mises and Hayek and others before you even get to Rothbard to critique his views on natural rights as they’re not his own, he derived from others.
In fact you can go back to the Scottish enlightenment here and trace that back to John Locke whose writings were heavily influential on the US founding fathers - they all, from all these different schools, have come to these same conclusions and for some reason you’ve decided your bone to pick is with their contemporary Rothbard which doesn’t make sense.
