Looks like mastodon.social has a fleet of incoming trollbots. The typical mode of operation (based on those I've seen from this wave) is to create a new account, reblog a bunch of old posts - mostly political - to fill their timelines so they don't look empty on first glance, then go trolling into replies.
The funniest so far has been the one which posts in Russian because apparently the operator forgot to set the reply language. So _that's_ hilarious.
Unfortunately, this round seems to be hardened against "ignore all previous instructions" so there's no fun - yet - to be had there.
