"content": "The double-standards exist. Saying that China poses an economic threat implies everything the U.S. is doing is about protectionism, which isn't exactly the case. China is a cyber threat, but so is North Korea and just about everybody else engaging in espionage, including allies. With China, it comes down to communism, authoritarianism, and hegemony. Note: double-standards apply here.",
