server location is not part of geo determination for any podcast analytics system, it is always based on the listener IP
(OP3 gets the geo as part of the request from CF, and CF uses the MaxMind db I believe)
however, looks like most of these Nepal hits are served from a CF server in Kathmandu, Nepal anyway, but the colo and country fields are not related (which is why I track them separately just out of curiosity)
