It would have been a Galilean dialect of Aramaic which would have been similar. Something to the effect of \"Illaha, Nitrachem Alai, al'Khatau\". The script would have likely been similar to the Aramaic script found in the Dead Sea Scrolls that resembles modern Hebrew script.
