#asknostr when a relay is down, will it (re)sync with notes that were published while it was down?
Same with a wallet node (ie Alby Hub) if my self custody wallet goes offline and I get a zap during that period, is the zap lost forever or will it be received once my lightning node (channel??) is back up?
