After a big beach play, the girlies were exhausted and—no surprise—hungry (as always). So, I served these girls their big meals: beef, pork loin, beef hearts, green tripe, pork liver, beef spleen, green-lipped mussels, bone broth, veggies and fruit popsicles, turmeric, raw honey, eggs, and some raw meaty bones.
