One thing I've always been confused about regarding remoteItem, is aren't we centralizing podcasting if we use podcast:guid? In order to find out what the guid references, I have to now go to a central repository of guids to fetch at the very least the latest feed url linked to the guid. It seems like we're now locking ourselves into a central repository of data.
