I was specific in what I wrote. I’m speaking as someone who may not know where to start. I honestly don’t know where to begin. So how about this…when using the app, what is the first thing I should do as a user? What is the second step? How do I add the relay? How do I personalize it?

Some apps are intuitive. For example, If I downloaded Bluesky, I could easily walk through the steps and know what to do without hand holding. I probably wouldn’t need instructions. That’s what I mean by intuitive. Those who have experience in making apps understand the lingo as well. I’m forward and direct when I write. So when I say “fix it”, I mean it. Perhaps, some of these devs could benefit from taking a few classes about user interface and UX. Or hire a consultant for help. It’s honestly a basic thing to do. And if it’s unaffordable to get help, then I would be personally hesitant about rolling out a product that users would have issues using. But that’s just me.
