Does all that salt have an adverse impact on your blood pressure? That's one of things doctors always warn about, claiming that is can effect your blood pressure and contribute to the chances of cardiac arrest. But does the way you process salt change when you're in keto, mitigating whatever potential adverse effects it would otherwise have on your cardiovascular health? I'm in my 40s and I'm getting to that age where I'm acutely aware of my mortality, and concerned with maintaining heart health.
