Yes, I reboot my machines quite frequently. It goes fast, it creates a clean state to work from and it tells me without mercy if I forgot to persist an important change. I don't trust people that brag about the uptime of their machines. To me it just means that they might be missing some important security updates and could get into real problems should an unexpected reboot happen :)
