Ontario photographer Dave Conlon started photographing abandoned homes in 2012, and has spent the ensuing 12 years shooting the insides of forsaken homes, monasteries, hotels and churches. Now, he's planning a trip to Canada's largest ghost town, Anyox, which neighbors the Alaska border and can be accessed only by jet boat or helicopter. He shared his work with Maclean's, and spoke to reporter Alex Cyr about his process, ethics, and brushes with the law.
