I’m always on the hunt for handy guides for the perfect cup of pour over coffee. Here’s a useful coffee-to-water ratio chart for the pour over brewing method for standard ratios of 1:15 through 1:17. Adjust grind size to medium (I.e., a tad finer than kosher salt). If too sour, grind a bit finer. This chart’s from pullandpourcoffee.com
