Let's talk about when Drop-In Time goes entirely wrong, shall we? I had four people who came in and no one got their problems fixed, at least not right away.
First up: Danny. He had a ten year old wireless printer that stopped working when he got a new router. We did a sketch of his home network (a lot of things wired in, including a powerwall and a Time Capsule and the VOIP system). Some cursory Googling and it looks like the printer might be seeing the 5G SSID and be too old to connect to it.
