Your body will provide clues (symptoms) when something is amiss.....but are you heading the warnings?
My tongue itches when I eat certain fruits/vegetables that are not organic (I e., blueberries, spinach, strawberries...).
My theory is that I'm allergic to the glyohosate (or other chemicals) that are applied by the industrial farmers.
I was at a conference recently where they served "healthy" fruit cups at the break...one bite and my tongue started itching. I stopped eating immediately.... my colleague noticed and asked why.
I explained my rational....she responded ...."my tongue is itchy too?!" I could see the gears of her brain spinning and making connections. 😂
