they already have and that's assuredly happened. We are certainly on the other "side" of the fediverse ... if I go onto an alt on an instance that bans everything, there is an entirely different view/threads/timelines. It's a pretty stark contrast.
Nostor is really interesting in the way it forces blocking and censorship to the individual level. I'm curious to see what happens with it.
