Doubtful. Turkey has banned insta but King Cantillionaire acceded to Erdogan’s demands before the election so they’re not banned there.
I think that’s the more likely template where it will be region by region, totalitarian by totalitarian.
And in “liberal democracies” they’re just going to require ID to access big tech social media which will have a major chilling effect.
