plus that is one of the "iconic images" of nuclear power. pity all of the "emissions" coming out of them is water vapour, not pollution, and otherwise the reactor produces virtually zero emissions.

and of course fossil fuels don't involve nuclear waste. the best part of coal and gas plants is that they can store their waste in the atmosphere where it can do no damage.
