The English word I've been looking for is of course "bathhouse".
Bislett Bad = Bislett Bathhouse
It is a bathhouse I went to today. There is a pool, but it's not olympic size, plus a jacuzzi and saunas. Various forms of exercise and relaxation using water, bubbles and steam.
It's not correct to call it a spa, because you don't get massages there or anything.
It's also more than a pool.
