Two different rental companies.
Two times I arrived with a confirmed reservation with hand controls, with the e-mails to prove it.
Two times I spoke directly to a person in accessible services just days prior to my confirmed pick-up.
Two times I have arrived and been told, "oh, uh, we don't have a car for you.”
I'm really tired of this. Hertz and Avis have disability services, but they.... don't actually do anything? How are they still this broken? 🤬
